BTSE Indonesia provides several secure and convenient fiat deposit methods to top up your account balance. Currently, you can make deposits via BRI Virtual Account, Mandiri Virtual Account, QRIS, and supported E-Wallets.
Please ensure that you select the correct payment method, meet the minimum deposit requirement, and follow the payment instructions carefully to ensure your funds are credited successfully to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is IDR 50,000.
If you transfer an amount below the minimum deposit requirement, the funds may still be deducted from your bank account or payment account. However, they will not be automatically credited to your BTSE Indonesia balance.
Deposit via BRI / BRImo
Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Go to Wallet > Overview > Deposit.
Select Deposit Cash/Fiat.
Choose BRI as your payment method and click Next.
Copy the displayed Virtual Account (VA) number.
Open the BRImo application.
Select BRIVA.
Enter the copied Virtual Account number.
Enter a deposit amount of at least IDR 50,000.
Verify the payment details.
Click Pay and complete the transaction.
Once the payment is successful, return to the BTSE Indonesia deposit page and click I've Completed the Transfer.
Note: BRI Virtual Account payments can only be made using a BRI bank account.
Deposit via Mandiri / Livin' by Mandiri
Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Go to Wallet > Overview > Deposit.
Select Deposit Cash/Fiat.
Choose Mandiri as your payment method and click Next.
Copy the displayed Virtual Account (VA) number.
Open the Livin' by Mandiri application.
Select Pay.
Search for and select Virtual Account or Multipayment.
Enter the copied Virtual Account number.
Enter a deposit amount of at least IDR 50,000.
Review the payment details.
Enter your Livin' PIN to complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, return to the deposit page and click I've Completed the Transfer.
Note: Mandiri Virtual Account payments can only be made using a Mandiri bank account.
Deposit via AstraPay
Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Go to Wallet > Overview > Deposit.
Select Deposit Cash/Fiat.
Choose AstraPay as your payment method.
Enter a deposit amount of at least IDR 50,000.
Click Next, then click Pay Now.
Enter the mobile number registered with AstraPay and click Login.
Enter the OTP code sent to your mobile number and click Pay.
Enter your AstraPay PIN.
Once the transaction is successful, the funds will be processed to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Deposit via QRIS
Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Go to Wallet > Overview > Deposit.
Select Deposit Cash/Fiat.
Choose QRIS as your payment method.
Enter a deposit amount of at least IDR 50,000.
Click Next.
A QR Code will be displayed on the screen.
Open a QRIS-supported payment application, such as GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, or a mobile banking app.
Scan the QR Code.
Verify the payment details.
Click Pay and complete the transaction.
Once the payment is successful, the funds will be automatically credited to your BTSE Indonesia account.

Why does the name "NVX" appear when making a QRIS deposit?
The name NVX displayed during the QRIS payment process is normal and part of the payment system being used. Your funds will still be processed and credited to your BTSE Indonesia account once the transaction is completed successfully.
Why do I see the name "Xendit" during payment?
BTSE Indonesia works with Xendit as its payment gateway provider. Therefore, you may see Xendit as the payment processor when using certain payment methods. This is normal and does not affect your deposit transaction.
Can I pay a Virtual Account using another bank?
No. Virtual Account deposits can only be paid using the same bank as the selected payment method when creating the deposit transaction.
For example:
BRI Virtual Accounts can only be paid through BRI.
Mandiri Virtual Accounts can only be paid through Mandiri.
Currently, interbank transfers for Virtual Account payments are not supported.
How long does the deposit process take?
Deposits are processed in real time once the payment has been successfully completed.
If your funds have not been credited to your account within 60 minutes, please contact BTSE Indonesia Customer Support and provide your payment proof for further investigation.
What happens if I deposit less than IDR 50,000?
If you make a deposit below the minimum deposit requirement, the funds may still be deducted from your bank account or payment account. However, the funds will not be automatically credited to your BTSE Indonesia balance because they do not meet the minimum deposit requirement.
If this happens, please contact BTSE Indonesia Customer Support and provide your payment proof.
Can I make a deposit using someone else's bank account?
No. Deposits can only be made using a bank account or payment account that matches the name registered on your BTSE Indonesia account.
For security and regulatory compliance reasons, BTSE Indonesia does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Please ensure that you use a bank account or payment account under your own name to avoid any delays or issues with your deposit.
