Fiat currency deposits are now available on the BTSE.ID platform. To make a deposit, please go to your BTSE Wallet and follow the steps below:

Step 1. Go to the BTSE Wallet page > Select “Deposit”.

Step 2. Select “IDR” and click “Next”.

Step 3. Select “Xendit” and click “Next”.

Enter the deposit amount, then click “Deposit”. You will be redirected to a new page to complete the transaction. You can proceed using your preferred payment method from the available options.

Step 4. Check your deposit status in the “Transaction History” menu.

Your fiat deposit will be processed automatically by the system once the payment has been successfully completed using the selected payment method.

Under normal conditions, the funds will be credited to your BTSE Wallet shortly. However, in certain cases, delays may occur.

If your deposit has not been credited after more than 3 hours, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

To avoid potential delays, it is recommended not to make deposits during late-night hours. Transactions made during this time may experience delays due to system adjustments or the operating schedules of banks and/or payment service providers.
