IDR Withdrawal Rejected Due to Name Mismatch? Here Is What You Need to Do
If you receive a message/notification stating that your IDR withdrawal cannot be processed due to a mismatched bank name, don't worry! This issue usually occurs because the name on your BTSE Indonesia account does not match the name registered to your bank account.
To resolve this, you can submit a request to update your BTSE Indonesia account name to match your bank account details. Here are the steps:
Prepare a screenshot of the "withdrawal cannot be processed" message/notificaton that you received when attempting to withdraw.
Attach a photo of the front page of your bank passbook or a screenshot from your mobile banking app that clearly displays your full name and account number.
Prepare a photo of your original ID card (KTP).
Once all documents are ready, please fill out the name update request form and upload your documents via the following link: [Account Name Update Form]
After submitting, you can periodically check your updated account name through the Deposit page on the BTSE Indonesia platform.
