Crypto Withdrawal Transactions

1. Go to the Deposit & Withdrawal History Menu
Log in to your account and open the Deposit & Withdrawal History menu.

2. Select "Withdrawal" and Choose "Crypto" Currency
Choose the Withdrawal category and select a crypto currency. Your withdrawal transactions will appear according to the time they were made. You can adjust the time filter as needed.

3. Withdrawal Methods
There are two types of crypto withdrawals on BTSE.ID:

• Internal Withdrawal
  Internal withdrawals occur when the destination address belongs to the BTSE.ID ecosystem (e.g., a BTSE.ID or Binance account). The TxID displayed is an internal TxID and cannot be checked directly on a blockchain explorer.
  
  

• External Withdrawal
  External withdrawals occur when the destination address is outside the BTSE.ID ecosystem, such as an address on another exchange or a third-party wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet). The displayed TxID can be directly checked on a blockchain explorer.
  
  

Crypto Deposit Transactions

1. Go to the Deposit & Withdrawal History Menu
 Log in to your account and access the Deposit & Withdrawal History menu.

2. Select "Deposit" and Choose "Crypto" Currency
Choose the Deposit category and select a crypto currency. Transactions will be displayed based on the time they were made. You can filter the history by your desired date range.

What If the Transaction Status Shows Issues?

If the status of your deposit or withdrawal transaction shows "Checking", "Under Review", "Check Failed", or "Unknown", you can still find and view the TxID in your deposit history.
