   This message appears if you don't have enough balance in your Spot wallet or Funding wallet to complete the transaction you wish to make.
   
   

8. Why does the quoted price differ from the market price?
   The price displayed in the Buy/Sell feature reflects the best available market price at that time. The system automatically adjusts the price based on market conditions and locks the quote for a brief period to allow you to review it before completing the transaction.

   Once logged in, you can view your transaction history by navigating to the [Orders] > [Convert History] menu.
   
   

10. Is the volume of Buy/Sell transactions included in the VIP program?
    Yes, the volume from Buy/Sell transactions is counted towards your spot trading volume, which determines your VIP level. The data is updated the following day.
