you can file a recovery request by following the steps below:
Steps to Submit a Deposit Recovery Request
Log in to your BTSE.ID account
Go to the "Wallet" menu and select "Deposit"
Click on the link that says
“Deposit not received? Click here” next to your latest deposit recordYou will be redirected to the Deposit Status Request page.

"Don’t know/Not listed above"Fill in the information according to your previous transaction,
then enter the TxID/TxHash for verification purposes and click “Search”Your transaction status will be displayed
Continue by filling out the Abnormal Transaction Form provided via Google Form
Make sure to complete it accurately and in full
