Withdrawal Blocked by Anti-Fraud Measures? Here’s What It Means

Hello BTSE.ID users,
In this article, we’ll explain what Anti-Fraud is and what steps to take if your withdrawal transaction is affected by it.

What Is Fraud?

Fraud refers to deliberate manipulation or deception intended to mislead customers or other parties using banking services. To protect user security, BTSE.ID has implemented transaction monitoring and anti-fraud systems in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
BTSE.ID adheres to Anti-Fraud procedures set by Bappebti through Law No. 8/2010 and BAPPEBTI Regulation No. 5/2019.

What Triggers Anti-Fraud Parameters?

Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) system continuously analyzes user transaction patterns and determines whether they meet certain parameters that may indicate potential fraud.

What Happens If My Account Is Flagged by Anti-Fraud?

If your account is flagged by the Anti-Fraud system, your ability to withdraw crypto or fiat funds to a personal bank account will be temporarily disabled.
However, don’t worry—you’ll only need to wait up to 2x24 hours (2 working days). After this period, withdrawal access will be automatically restored.
Even if your account is flagged by Anti-Fraud, you can still buy and sell crypto on BTSE.ID during this time.
