Handling Fees for Abnormal Transactions
If you experience transaction issues such as:
Incorrect or missing memo/tag
Depositing an unlisted token on BTSE.ID
Funds returned from another exchange or sent to a hot wallet
Please submit a recovery request by following these steps:
Log in to your BTSE.ID account
Go to the Wallet menu, then select Deposit
Click the link “Deposit not received? Click here” next to the latest deposit history
Follow the guide provided to fill out the recovery request form

Fees for Address, Network, and Token Errors
If the issue was caused by:
Incorrect destination address
Using an unsupported blockchain network
Incompatible token
Sending to a hot wallet
A recovery fee of 200 USDT will apply.
Important Notes
Ensure you have sufficient balance before submitting a recovery request
If your balance is insufficient, you must deposit BTC first
The request cannot be processed until the recovery fee is available
If you experience a transaction error as described above, submit your transaction data using the Abnormal Transaction Form so our team can assist you as effectively as possible.
