Keeping your account password updated is an important step to maintain the security of your BTSE account. To change your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account

2. Go to Dashboard → Security → Password

3. Select Change Password

After that, complete the following steps:

1. Enter your current password

2. Create a new password

3. Re-enter the new password for confirmation

4. Click “Send Code” to receive a verification code in your registered email address

5. Enter the verification code and complete the 2FA verification

6. Click Confirm

Once completed, your password will be updated successfully. For security purposes, the Withdrawal and Send functions will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after a password change.

Forgot Your Password?

If the password cannot be remembered, it can be reset directly from the login page.

1. On the login page, click “Forgot Password” at the bottom right corner

2. Enter the registered email address

3. Follow the instructions sent to the email

To complete the password reset process:

1. Create a new password

2. Re-enter the new password for confirmation

3. Enter the verification code sent to the registered email address

4. Click Confirm

After the process is completed, the password will be reset successfully.

Important:

For security reasons, the Withdrawal and Send functions will also be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after resetting the password.
