Withdrawal Steps

1. To activate fiat deposit and withdrawal functions, you must complete the KYC (Identity Verification) process.
   Users who have not completed KYC will not be able to access any fiat-related features.

2. Log in to your BTSE.ID account, go to your SPOT Wallet, and select the fiat asset you wish to withdraw.
   
   
3. Enter the withdrawal amount, choose the payment method, and provide the recipient bank account details accurately.
   
   
4. Check your registered email for the verification code.
   Enter the code along with your 2FA code, then click “Confirm.”
   
   
5. Your withdrawal request will be processed, and a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen once the transaction is successfully submitted. 

Fiat withdrawals are processed automatically in accordance with applicable procedures. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid any delays or issues.
