For Mandiri and BRI Virtual Accounts, deposits can only be made from the respective bank.
For Bank INA Virtual Accounts, deposits can also be made from other banks.

If the funds have not been credited to your account after more than 60 minutes, please contact BTSE Indonesia Customer Support and provide your transaction receipt for further investigation.
What happens if I deposit less than IDR 50,000?
If you make a deposit below the minimum deposit amount, the funds may still be debited from your bank account or payment account. However, the funds will not be automatically credited to your BTSE Indonesia balance because the transaction does not meet the minimum deposit requirement.
If this occurs, please contact BTSE Indonesia Customer Support and provide your transaction receipt for further assistance.
Can I make a deposit using someone else's bank account?
No. Deposits can only be made using a bank account or payment account registered under the same name as the account holder's details registered with BTSE Indonesia.

Please ensure that you use a bank account or payment account registered under your own name so that your transaction can be processed smoothly.
