If your funds have not been credited to your BTSE Indonesia account after 3 hours, please contact Customer Support and provide the following information:

Deposit date and time
Deposit amount
Virtual Account number (if applicable)
Proof of transfer (screenshot)

Virtual Account deposits can only be made using the bank corresponding to the selected Virtual Account method.
The minimum fiat deposit amount is IDR 50,000.
