Preparation Before Withdrawing

Before starting the withdrawal process, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • A compatible wallet address that matches the network used on BTSE.ID and is supported by the destination wallet.

  • A MEMO tag (if required). Some networks, such as BEP2 or XRP, require a MEMO tag. If the selected network requires it, the MEMO field must be filled out.

  • Recipient details, such as full name and residential address. Make sure all information entered is complete and accurate.


Steps to Withdraw Crypto

How to View Withdrawal History

  1. Click the clock icon in the Withdrawal menu.

  2. Select the Withdrawals section, then click the Crypto tab.

  3. Click on a transaction from the list to view details, including the TXID.


Haven’t Received Your Crypto?

If the withdrawal status on BTSE.ID shows "Successful", this means the assets have been sent and BTSE.ID no longer has control over them.

If you haven’t received the assets:

  • Use the TXID to track the transaction on the respective network’s block explorer.

  • Contact the support team of your destination wallet or platform for further assistance.
