✅ If You Still Have the Backup Key (Setup Key)

When you initially enabled Google Authenticator (2FA), a setup key was provided. This key is critical for account recovery. If you’ve saved it, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Authenticator app.

  2. Tap the "+" icon located at the bottom right corner.

  3. Select “Enter a setup key.”

  4. Enter a name for the account, e.g., “BTSE.ID.”

  5. Input your saved backup/setup key.

  6. Tap “Add.”

  7. After that, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner and choose “Sync Now.”

Once successfully re-linked, return to your BTSE.ID account and proceed with login or withdrawals by entering the OTPs in sequence from SMS, email, and Google Authenticator.
