If you’ve lost access to your Google Authenticator—due to a lost, damaged, or reset device, or accidental app deletion—you can easily request a Google Authenticator (2FA) reset through our self-service support.
Here’s how to do it:
Steps to Reset Google Authenticator:
Visit BTSE.ID’s official help page at:
https://support.btse.idUnder the Self-Service section, select the “Reset Google Authenticator” option.
Enter the email address registered to your BTSE.ID account.
Check the agreement box, then click “Submit.”Open your email inbox and click the “Confirm Form Request” button to proceed.
⏳ Note: The link is only valid for 24 hours.After clicking the confirmation link, you will be directed to a form where you’ll need to complete your information and upload required documents.
Required Documents:
Prepare the following items:
A clear photo of your original ID (KTP)
A selfie holding both:
Your original ID (KTP)
A handwritten note that includes:
“Reset Google Authenticator di BTSE.ID”
Your full name
The date of request
Your signature
Make sure all documents are clearly visible and not digitally altered.
At the bottom of the form, check the agreement box and click “Submit.”
Once submitted successfully, you’ll see a notification confirming that your request has been received.
You can only submit one request at a time.
⚠️ If you try to submit another request while one is already being processed, it will be automatically rejected by the system.
You’ll receive an email informing you whether your reset request has been approved or denied.
⏳ Additional Info:
The reset process usually takes up to 1 business day (1 × 24 working hours).
For security purposes, the withdrawal feature will be temporarily disabled for 2 × 24 hours after the reset.
Don’t forget to re-enable Google Authenticator after the reset is completed to keep your account secure.
