Withdrawing funds from your BTSE.ID balance to a bank account is now easier and more secure. Users can withdraw to their personal bank accounts, with the main requirement being that the account holder's name must match the name registered on the BTSE.ID account.

This feature is designed to ensure transaction security and reduce the risk of errors in fund transfers. Follow the steps below to complete your withdrawal quickly and efficiently.


How to Withdraw Funds

  1. Access the Withdrawal Menu
    Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal menu, and select IDR, or click directly on your IDR balance in your wallet.

  2. Add a Bank Account
    Click the "Add Account" button to input your bank account information. Enter the bank name and account number accurately.

  3. Verify Account Number
    Double-check your bank account number, then click "Add" to save it.

  4. Select Destination Account
    Once the account is successfully added, select it as the withdrawal destination.

  5. Enter Withdrawal Amount
    Specify the amount (in IDR) you want to withdraw to your bank account.

  6. Complete Security Verification
    Follow the security verification steps as prompted.

  7. Done
    Once completed, the system will process your withdrawal and transfer the funds to your account.


Issues When Adding a Bank Account

If you receive a notification that the name doesn’t match, it's likely due to a discrepancy between your bank account name and your BTSE.ID account name. Please ensure that the registered name is correct and matches.

Estimated Time for Funds to Reach Your Account

Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 business hours, depending on the bank’s clearing schedule.

Withdrawals made between 10:59 PM and 5:00 AM (WIB) may experience delays.

If the funds haven’t arrived after 24 hours, please contact BTSE.ID Customer Support for further assistance.


How to View Withdrawal History

To check your withdrawal history:

  1. Click the clock icon in the Withdrawal menu.

  2. Go to the Withdrawal section, then click the Fiat tab.

  3. Click any transaction from the list to see its details.


Funds Not Received Yet?

If your funds don’t arrive within the first 15 minutes, please allow up to 24 hours. Withdrawals made at night or on weekends may be delayed due to bank clearing times.

Withdrawals submitted between 10:00 PM and 4:59 AM WIB will begin processing after 5:00 AM WIB.
