Definition: The BTSE Rewards Hub is a unified portal designed to streamline user participation in tasks, milestones, and marketing campaigns, allowing users to earn, track, and redeem promotional rewards.
Regional Availability: In compliance with local regulations and platform Terms of Use, certain Rewards Hub features, tasks, or specific reward types may be restricted or entirely unavailable in your geographic region.

2. Universal Account Rules & Eligibility

Identity Verification (KYC): Passing BTSE’s Identity Verification (KYC) process is a mpenggunatory prerequisite. You cannot claim, activate, or benefit from any reward if your account has not successfully passed verification.
Non-Transferability: All rewards issued within the Rewards Hub are non-transferable. They cannot be sent to other platform users.
Expiration & Forfeiture: Every reward carries an explicit expiration date displayed within the Rewards Hub interface. Tracking this timeframe is the sole responsibility of the user. Once a reward expires, it becomes permanently invalid and cannot be renewed, extended, or swapped for other assets.
