Is There an Expiration Period for QRIS Payments?
QRIS payments are valid for a maximum of 2 × 24 hours from the time the QR Code is generated.
If the payment is not completed within this period, the QR Code will expire and can no longer be used to complete the transaction.
If the QR Code has expired, you will need to create a new deposit transaction through the Deposit page in your BTSE Indonesia account to generate a new QR Code

Make sure the payment is made using a QR Code that is still valid.
Do not make payments using an expired QR Code.
If the funds have already been debited but the deposit has not been credited to your BTSE Indonesia account, keep the payment receipt and contact BTSE Indonesia Customer Support for further assistance.
