How to Deposit Fiat Using Payment Methods Not Registered with BTSE Indonesia : BTSE Indonesia

If the bank you want to use is not currently available as a direct payment method on BTSE Indonesia, you can still deposit fiat using a Bank INA Virtual Account (VA). You can also make a deposit using QRIS.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is IDR 50,000.

Note: If you make a transfer below the minimum deposit amount, the funds may still be debited from your bank account or payment account, but they will not be automatically credited to your BTSE Indonesia balance.

How to Obtain a Virtual Account (VA) Number

Before making a transfer, you need to obtain a Virtual Account (VA) number from your BTSE Indonesia account.

Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Go to Wallet > Deposit.
Select Fiat.
Select your preferred payment method, then click Next.
Copy the Virtual Account (VA) number displayed.

Once you have obtained the VA number, follow the deposit instructions according to the bank you are using.

Important Notes

The bank account used to make a deposit to the VA must be registered under the same name as the KYC information on your BTSE Indonesia account.
The minimum fiat deposit amount is IDR 50,000.
The maximum deposit amount from another bank is subject to the daily transaction limit of the sending bank.
Transfer fees for deposits from other banks to Bank INA VAs depend on the transfer method used.
Deposits from other banks to BRI and Mandiri Virtual Accounts are not recommended. For transfers from banks that are not registered with BTSE Indonesia, please use a Bank INA VA.
