BTSE.ID provides a process designed to make it easy for all users both beginners and experienced traders to add digital asset balances to their BTSE.ID accounts.
By following a few simple steps, you can send crypto assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others directly to your BTSE.ID wallet. Most importantly, make sure to select the correct network and pay attention to additional instructions such as Memo/Tag (if required) to ensure your funds are transferred safely.
Steps to Deposit Crypto to Your BTSE.ID Account
Go to Wallet → Spot
After successfully logging in, click the “Wallet” icon located at the top right corner of the homepage.
Select Deposit
On the Wallet page, select the “Deposit” menu. Then choose the crypto asset you want to deposit.
For example, if you want to deposit Bitcoin, simply select “Bitcoin (BTC)”.
Choose the Correct Network
Select the blockchain network that matches the network from your sending wallet or platform.
Find Your BTSE.ID Wallet Address
Copy your BTSE wallet address and paste it into the “Deposit Address” field on the platform you are sending from.
When accessing your BTSE wallet for the first time, you will be prompted to create a wallet address. Simply click “Create Wallet” to proceed.
⚠️ Important:
Always ensure that you select the correct network when making a deposit.
Choosing the wrong network may result in the loss of assets, which cannot be recovered.
Some crypto assets, such as XRP or XLM, require a Memo or Tag when making a deposit. A Memo/Tag is an additional code that ensures the funds are credited to the correct account. If a Memo is required, make sure to fill it in correctly when sending your deposit. Missing this information may cause your funds to not be credited.
Deposited assets will be credited to your BTSE wallet shortly. However, the processing time may vary depending on the selected network.
