Before depositing crypto into your BTSE Indonesia account, please ensure that all deposit information is correct. Errors during the deposit process may prevent your funds from being credited automatically, require a recovery process, or, in some cases, make the funds unrecoverable.
1. Make Sure the Token Is Supported
Before transferring your crypto, verify that the asset you are sending is supported for deposits on BTSE Indonesia.
Depositing an unsupported token may result in the deposit being rejected or unable to be processed.
2. Use the Correct Network
Ensure that the blockchain network used to send your assets matches the network selected for your BTSE Indonesia deposit address.
Example:
USDT (TRON/TRC20) can only be sent to a USDT deposit address on the TRON (TRC20) network.
Do not send assets using a different network, as this may cause your deposit to fail or require a recovery process.
3. Verify the Deposit Address
Always copy the deposit address directly from your BTSE Indonesia account and verify that it is correct before sending your assets.
Do not enter the wallet address manually to avoid mistakes.
4. Enter the Memo or Destination Tag (If Required)
Some crypto assets require additional information, such as a Memo, Destination Tag, or Payment ID.
If this information is missing or entered incorrectly, your deposit may not be credited automatically to your account.
5. Make Sure Your Deposit Meets the Minimum Requirement
Some crypto assets have a minimum deposit requirement.
Deposits below the minimum amount may not be credited to your account.
6. Check That the Blockchain Network Is Operating Normally
The processing time for crypto deposits depends on the blockchain network.
If the network is experiencing high transaction volume, maintenance, or other technical issues, confirmations may take longer than usual.
Before making a deposit, we recommend checking that the blockchain network is operating normally.
Important Notes
After your transaction has been successfully sent, keep your TXID (Transaction ID) or Transaction Hash.
This information will be required if you need assistance from BTSE Indonesia Customer Support.
Each crypto asset requires a different number of blockchain confirmations before the deposit can be credited.
Processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and the number of confirmations required.
If You Encounter a Deposit Issue
If you experience any of the following issues:
You used the wrong network.
You forgot to enter the required Memo or Destination Tag.
You sent an unsupported token.
Your deposit has not been credited even though the transaction was successful.
