Crypto Deposit Not Credited? Check the Estimated Processing Time

Every crypto deposit requires a certain number of blockchain confirmations before the funds can be credited to your account.

Crypto deposits are generally processed in real time. However, each deposit must first receive the required number of blockchain confirmations before it can be credited to your account. The time required may vary depending on the crypto asset being deposited and the condition of the blockchain network.

Why Has My Crypto Deposit Not Been Credited?

Even if your transaction has been successfully sent from the originating wallet, the deposit will not be credited to your destination wallet until the required network confirmations have been completed.

Several factors may affect the deposit processing time, including:

  • High transaction activity on the blockchain network being used.

  • The network fee used when submitting the transaction.

  • The number of confirmations required for a specific crypto asset.

  • Blockchain network conditions, including maintenance or network disruptions.

  • Using a network that does not match the selected deposit address.

  • Failing to enter a required Destination Tag or Memo for certain assets.

  • Sending a token that is not yet supported or available in the destination wallet.

  • Sending a token through a network that is not supported by the destination deposit address.

  • Incorrect deposit information that requires additional review and verification.

What Should I Do?

If your deposit has not been credited to your BTSE Indonesia account:

  1. Ensure the transaction has been successfully sent from the originating wallet or platform.

  2. Check the transaction status using the TXID or transaction hash on the relevant blockchain explorer.

  3. Verify that the token and network used match the deposit address provided by BTSE Indonesia.

  4. Wait until the required number of network confirmations has been completed.

Deposit Still Not Credited?

If the transaction is successful, the required confirmations have been completed, and all deposit information is correct but the funds still have not been credited to your BTSE Indonesia account, please contact Customer Support and provide the following information:

  • BTSE Indonesia account email address

  • Token name

  • Token amount

  • Network

  • TXID / Transaction Hash

  • Deposit date and time

  • Screenshot of the deposit transaction

Our team will assist with further investigation of your transaction.

What If I Made a Mistake During My Crypto Deposit?

If there was an issue with your deposit, such as using an incorrect network, missing a required Memo or Destination Tag, or sending an unsupported token, the deposit may not be credited automatically to your account.
