If you want to update the email address registered to your BTSE.ID account, just follow this simple step-by-step guide:
Steps to Change Your Email Address on BTSE.ID:
1. Access the Account Security Menu
Log in to your BTSE.ID account, then go to the Account Security menu.
Click Email Verification, then select Reset.
2. Proceed to the Email Change Process
You’ll be directed to the Change Email Address page, which consists of 4 steps.
3. Verify Your Old Email
After clicking Next, the system will send a confirmation email to your currently registered email address.
Check your inbox and click the Confirm button in the email to proceed.
4. Enter Your New Email
Once the old email is verified, you’ll be asked to enter the new email address you want to use.
Don’t forget to enter your current account password to validate the change.
5. SMS Verification
Next, you’ll be prompted to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered phone number.
6. Verify the New Email
Now, check the inbox of your new email address.
Look for an email from BTSE.ID and click the Confirm button to activate the new email.
(Also check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.)
7. Done!
After clicking the final confirmation, you’ll receive a notification that your email has been successfully updated.
Click Log In to access your account using your new email address.
Important Note:
For security reasons, you will only be able to withdraw funds 1 days after successfully changing your email.
