If you wish to deactivate your BTSE.ID account, there are two available methods:
Contact Customer Support and fill out the provided request form
Manually deactivate your account via your account settings
Method 1: Request via Customer Support
You can submit an account deactivation request by filling out the Delete Account Request Form and preparing the following documents:
A selfie holding your original ID card (KTP) and a handwritten note that says:
Then, send your request through the email feature on www.btse.id and include:
Full name
Registered email address
Registered phone number
Reason for deactivation
The required photo documentation
Method 2: Manually Deactivate Your Account
You can also deactivate your account yourself directly from your dashboard:
Visit www.btse.id and log in to your account
Go to the Settings menu
Select Account Security, then go to Account Activity
Click on Deactivate Account
A confirmation prompt will appear
Click Deactivate to complete the process
Once completed, a notification will confirm that your account has been successfully deactivated.
