At BTSE Indonesia, each user is only allowed to have one active account registered under their own valid personal identity.


Why Is Having More Than One Account Not Allowed?

This policy is implemented to:

  • Protect the security of user accounts and funds
  • Comply with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Prevent misuse of the platform

Each account is linked to a single identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Therefore, multiple accounts under the same identity are not permitted.


What Are the Risks of Having More Than One Account?

  • Account(s) may be permanently deactivated
  • Funds may be withheld in accordance with applicable terms and conditions
