Phone Numbers Supported for WhatsApp OTP

BTSE Indonesia provides OTP (One-Time Password) delivery via WhatsApp for specific phone numbers supported by the system.

Currently, WhatsApp OTP is only available for:

  • Phone numbers using Tri and Indosat providers.

  • Supported international phone numbers.

For phone numbers outside the categories above, OTP codes will be delivered through the available method determined by the system.

Can I choose to receive OTP via SMS or WhatsApp?

No. The OTP delivery method is automatically determined by the system, and users cannot choose between SMS OTP and WhatsApp OTP.

Why didn't I receive my OTP via WhatsApp?

WhatsApp OTP is only available for Tri, Indosat, and supported international phone numbers. If your phone number does not meet these criteria, the OTP will be sent through another available delivery method.

Can I register more than one phone number on my BTSE Indonesia account?

No. Each BTSE Indonesia account can only be linked to one registered phone number.

Please ensure that you use an active phone number that can receive OTP codes for login, verification, and account security purposes.

Can I change the phone number registered on my BTSE Indonesia account?

Yes. You may request to update the phone number registered on your BTSE Indonesia account.
