Before making a fiat withdrawal on BTSE Indonesia, you must add and verify a bank account that will be used as the destination for your withdrawal.
Please ensure that the bank account is registered under the same name as the one registered on your BTSE Indonesia account.
How to Add a Bank Account via Website
Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account.
Go to the My Payment menu.
Select Bank Account.
Click Add Bank.
The system will perform an account verification process through Xendit.
Select your bank name.
Enter your bank account number.
Click Verify.
Once the verification is successful, the bank account will be saved and available for fiat withdrawals.
How to Add a Bank Account via Mobile App
Log in to the BTSE Indonesia app.
Go to Payment Methods or Withdrawal.
Select Add Bank Account.
Tap Add Bank Account.
Select your bank name.
Enter your bank account number.
Click Verify.
Once the verification is successful, the bank account will be available as a withdrawal destination.

Currently, BTSE Indonesia only supports bank accounts from local Indonesian banks.

How long does a fiat withdrawal take?
Most fiat withdrawals are processed in real time. However, the actual arrival time may be affected by the processing time of the receiving bank and the payment gateway.
