Can I use a foreign bank account?
No. At this time, fiat withdrawals can only be made to local Indonesian bank accounts supported by the system.
Can I withdraw funds to an e-wallet?
No. Fiat withdrawals can only be made to registered and verified bank accounts. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, AstraPay, and LinkAja are currently not supported.
My bank is not listed. What should I do?
If your bank is not available during the bank account registration process, it is currently not supported as a fiat withdrawal destination on BTSE Indonesia.
Important Notes
The bank account holder's name must match the name registered on your BTSE Indonesia account.
Bank accounts must be successfully verified before they can be used for withdrawals.
