How to Register a Corporate Account with BTSE Indonesia : BTSE Indonesia

BTSE Indonesia accepts account registrations from both individual customers and business entities/companies.

For corporate account registration, the verification process is conducted through Know Your Business (KYB) to ensure that the company’s information, ownership structure, and corporate documents can be verified in accordance with applicable requirements.

How to Apply for a Corporate Account Registration

To apply for a corporate account registration, please send an email to support@btse.id with the following documents and information attached:

Documents / Requirements	Description
KYB Declaration Form	The form will be provided by BTSE Indonesia and must be signed by a Director.
Deed of Establishment & Latest Deed of Amendment	Including the relevant approval/registration decree issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).
Company Tax Identification Number (NPWP) & NIB/SIUP	Valid and currently applicable documents.
Director/Authorized Representative’s ID Card (KTP)	KTPs of all registered Directors/Authorized Representatives.
Original Power of Attorney	Required if the registration process is conducted by an authorized representative or another party.
Company Ownership Structure (UBO)	The company’s ownership structure up to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).
Statement of Purpose for Account Opening & Source of Funds	Explaining the purpose of opening the corporate account and the source of funds to be used.
Bank Statement / Proof of Business Domicile	The company’s bank statements for the last 3 months or proof of business domicile.

Verification Process

Once all required documents have been received, the BTSE Indonesia team will review and verify the information and documents provided.

If necessary, the BTSE Indonesia team may request additional information or documents to complete the verification process.

Estimated Processing Time

The corporate account registration and verification process has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of up to 30 days.

However, the process may be completed sooner, depending on the completeness of the submitted documents, the verification results, and any additional review that may be required.
