Individual Requirements:

1. Photo ID – Valid government issued ID (KTP, Passport, or Driver’s License)

2. Active Phone Number (registered in Indonesia)

Important Notes:

• Ensure all four corners of the submitted ID are clearly visible

• The information must be clear, in focus, not covered, and not altered or tampered with

Steps for Identity Verification:

1. Go to the Identity Verification page
   (Login > Username > Account > Verification)

2. Click “Start Verification” to begin the process

3. Click “Start Now” to take a live photo

4. Fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents

5. Submit your verification request

6. Verify your phone number using the OTP sent to you

7. Once the steps above are completed, please ensure that you also complete the CARF process through the link sent to your email address.

Identity verification typically takes 30–60 minutes. However, during high volume periods, the process may take longer. You will receive an email notification once your verification is complete.
