The identity verification (KYC) process on BTSE Indonesia will only be processed after you have completed all required steps, including submitting the CARF Form.
How Long Does the KYC Verification Process Take?
Your KYC verification will be processed once you have successfully submitted the CARF Form sent to your registered email address.
Most KYC applications are verified automatically by the system. However, in some cases, additional review may be required, and the verification will need to be conducted manually by the relevant team.
The estimated KYC verification time is up to 1 x 24 hours (24 hours) after the CARF Form has been successfully submitted.
How Do I Receive the CARF Form?
The CARF Form will be sent to the email address registered with your BTSE Indonesia account after you have completed the KYC application process.
Please make sure to:
Check your email Inbox.
Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder if you cannot find the email in your Inbox.
Complete and submit the CARF Form according to the instructions provided.
Important Notes
Your KYC application will not be processed until the CARF Form has been successfully submitted. To avoid delays in the verification process, please complete and submit the CARF Form as soon as you receive the email from BTSE Indonesia.
If you have already submitted the CARF Form and your KYC status has not been updated after more than 24 hours, please contact BTSE Indonesia Customer Support for further assistance.
