Customer Data Update at BTSE.ID
Data updating (pengkinian data / profile update) is an important process to ensure account security and the accuracy of customer data at BTSE.ID.
In accordance with the OJK Circular Letter No. 17/SEOJK.04/2022 regarding the implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering and Prevention of Terrorism Financing (APU PPT) Program, BTSE.ID periodically conducts customer data updates to ensure that all customer information remains complete, accurate, and up to date with the latest conditions.
Customers are required to ensure that the data and documents registered on their BTSE.ID account are always updated and currently valid.
Why is a Data Update Required?
Data updates are conducted to:
Maintain the security of customer accounts.
Comply with applicable KYC/AML regulatory obligations.
Ensure smooth access to features and transactions on BTSE.ID.
Note: Failure to update your data may result in temporary restrictions on your account or certain features.
When Do You Need to Update Your Data?
Customers need to perform a data update if they:
Receive a notification via their registered email. (Please complete the data update before the specified period ends).
Have changes in personal data or identity documents, such as address, ID number, or expired documents.

Use original and valid (unexpired) documents.
Ensure all data matches your official documents.
Upload documents clearly so they are easy to read.
Ensure the information provided is accurate and up to date.
Steps to Update Your Data:
Check Your Email Notification from BTSE.ID Check your registered email inbox for the data update notification from BTSE.ID.
Submit the Data Update Form Open the email and click on the provided data update form or link.
Complete Your Personal Information Fill out or update your personal data with the latest information if there are any changes. Ensure all information provided is accurate and matches your official documents.
Upload Identity Documents If there are changes to your identity or documents, upload the appropriate document, such as:
KTP / National ID Card (for Indonesian citizens/WNI)
Passport (for foreign nationals/WNA)
Make sure the document is still valid, clear, not blurry, and matches the inputted data.
Submit and Wait for the Verification Process Once all data and documents are complete, submit your application for processing.
