Before withdrawing crypto assets from BTSE Indonesia to another exchange or wallet, make sure all transaction details are correct. Errors involving the asset, wallet address, or network may cause the assets to not arrive at the destination and, in some cases, may make them difficult or impossible to recover.
Use the following checklist before confirming your withdrawal:
1. Make Sure the Selected Asset Is Correct
Double-check the crypto asset you want to withdraw and make sure it is supported by the destination wallet or exchange.
2. Check the Recipient Wallet Address
Make sure the wallet address you enter is correct and matches the deposit/receive address provided by the destination platform.
3. Make Sure the Network Is Correct
Make sure the network selected on BTSE Indonesia matches the network used by the deposit/receive address on the destination platform.
4. Check the Memo or Tag
Some assets or destination platforms require a Memo, Tag, or Destination Tag in addition to the wallet address.
If the destination platform provides a Memo or Tag, make sure you enter it correctly before confirming the withdrawal.
5. Check the Minimum Withdrawal Amount and Fee
Make sure the amount you want to withdraw meets the applicable minimum withdrawal requirement and check the withdrawal fee displayed before confirming the transaction.
The amount received in the destination wallet or exchange may differ from the withdrawal amount due to applicable transaction fees.
6. Make Sure the Destination Platform Supports the Asset and Network
Before withdrawing, make sure the destination exchange or wallet currently supports:
The asset you want to send
The selected network
Memo/Tag, if required
7. Perform a Final Check
Before clicking the confirmation button, review all transaction details one more time:
Asset
Withdrawal amount
Wallet address
Network
Memo/Tag, if required
Withdrawal fee
Destination platform
Important Notes
Do not rush to confirm the transaction. Always verify all information using the latest details provided by the destination platform.
Once the withdrawal is confirmed and the transaction has been processed on the blockchain, it generally cannot be canceled. Entering an incorrect wallet address, network, or Memo/Tag may cause the assets to not arrive at the destination.
If you are withdrawing to an exchange or wallet that you have used before, do not rely solely on previously saved information or past transaction history. Always verify that the wallet address and deposit/receive information are still up to date on the destination platform.
