The Address Book is a feature that allows you to save wallet addresses that you frequently use for crypto withdrawals. By saving an address in the Address Book, you can reuse it for future withdrawals without having to enter the address manually each time.
How to Add a Withdrawal Address via Website
Log in to your BTSE Indonesia account and click the Profile icon.
Select Security.
Select Address Book, then click Manage.
Click Add Address.
Enter the withdrawal address information correctly and completely.
Click Add Address to save the address.
How to Add a Withdrawal Address via App
Open the BTSE Indonesia app and, from the Home page, tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Address Book.
Tap Add Address.
Select the address type based on your needs:
Normal Address
Universal Address
Enter the withdrawal address information correctly and completely.
Tap Add to save the address to your account.
Important Notes
Make sure all information entered in the Address Book is correct, including the wallet address, asset, and network.
Always double-check the wallet address before making a withdrawal, even if the address has already been saved in your Address Book.
If you are withdrawing to another exchange or wallet, make sure the saved address still matches the latest deposit/receive address provided by the destination exchange or wallet. The recipient's address may be changed or updated by the destination platform.
Do not rely solely on previously saved addresses in your Address Book. Always verify that the wallet address, asset, and network match the latest information provided by the destination platform.
Entering an incorrect wallet address or selecting the wrong network may cause the assets to not arrive at the destination and, in some cases, may make them difficult or impossible to recover.
