Note: Once your request has been approved, the withdrawal function will be temporarily restricted as a security measure to help protect your account.
How to Submit a Request
Visit the BTSE Indonesia Self-Service page at https://company.btse.id/en/.
Select the type of request you would like to submit:
Reset Google Authenticator
Reset SMS OTP
Account Activation
Enter your registered email address.
Make sure the email address matches the one used during your KYC verification, then click Submit.
Check your email inbox and open the confirmation email.
Click Verify Request to continue to the application form.

After completing the form, click Submit and wait for verification by the BTSE Indonesia Customer Support team.
Verification Time
The verification process generally takes up to 1 × 24 hours. Processing time may be longer during periods of high request volume. You can monitor the status of your request through your email and ticket history.
