Hello BTSE.ID users!
After successfully creating an account on BTSE.ID, the next mandatory step is to complete identity verification (KYC) so you can safely buy and sell crypto assets.
Good news—KYC can now be done directly through the BTSE.ID mobile app, available on both Android and iOS devices.
Don’t Have a BTSE.ID Account Yet? Follow These Steps:
Download the BTSE.ID app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
Open the app and click Login/Sign Up, then select Sign Up.
Enter your email and password, and add a referral code if you have one.
Click Sign Up, then enter the verification code sent to your email.
Once your account is created, you can proceed with Level 1 KYC verification.
Steps to Complete Level 1 KYC on the BTSE.ID App:
Log in to your BTSE.ID account via the mobile app.
Tap the account/profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Identity Verification, then tap Verify KYC Level 1.
Choose your nationality:
For Indonesian citizens (WNI), prepare your KTP.
For foreign nationals (WNA), prepare your KITAS/KITAP.
Upload a photo of your ID (JPEG/JPG format).
Make sure the image is clear, not blurry, and all information is readable.
Fill in your personal details as shown on your ID document.
Proceed with face verification (liveness check):
Ensure you’re in a well-lit room.
Remove glasses, masks, or other accessories.
Follow the system’s guide and keep your face aligned with the camera.
Tap Record, then continue until the process is complete.
Once done, tap Submit to complete your KYC application.
Processing Time & Approval:
The system will process your verification within a maximum of 1 business day (24 hours).
If any information is blurry or incomplete, you may be asked to re-submit or provide additional verification.
You’ll receive a KYC result notification via email or through the app (whether approved or rejected).
