One account per identity

⏱️ How Long Does Level 1 KYC Verification Take?

The KYC process usually takes up to 1 working day (24 hours).
You will receive a notification of the result via your registered email.

How to Check Your KYC Status:

You can check if your account has been verified in two ways:

  • Check your email – Look in your inbox to see if your KYC has been approved or rejected.

  • Through your BTSE.ID account – Log in, go to Account > Identification, and if successful, your status will show as Verified.

❌ If Your KYC Application Is Rejected:

Don’t worry! If your KYC is rejected due to common errors (e.g. blurry photo, incorrect data), you can resubmit your application right away.

However, if your account is flagged for potential fraud, the process will be different and may require further investigation.
