Selfie Not Following Guidelines

Take a selfie without glasses or face coverings
Hold your ID card clearly in the frame
Do not use camera filters or effects
Unsupported Documents
Driver’s licenses or student IDs cannot be used as substitutes for e-KTP or passports.
Solution: Use e-KTP for Indonesian citizens and passport + KITAS/KITAP for foreign nationals. These are the valid documents under regulation.
System Busy or Temporary Error
Sometimes rejections occur due to technical issues or system overload.
